What is dry cleaning?
Dry cleaning uses chemical solvents instead of water to remove grease, dirt, and stains from fabrics. Despite the name, it uses liquid solvents that are gentler on delicate fabrics like silk, wool, and linen.
How do I know if my clothes need dry cleaning?
Check the care label on the inside of your garment. If it says "Dry Clean Only," bring it to us. Suits, formal dresses, silk, wool, cashmere, and embellished garments should be dry cleaned.
What is Eco Wash?
Eco Wash is our chemical-free cleaning technology acquired from Japan. Fragrance-free, uses no synthetic chemicals, perfect for people with sensitive skin, children's clothing, and baby items.
How long does dry cleaning take?
Standard turnaround is 2–3 days. Same-day service is available at select branches for items dropped off before 10:00 AM.
Do you clean carpets and curtains?
Yes. We offer professional carpet cleaning with deep stain removal and deodorizing, as well as curtain cleaning with optional pickup and rehang service.
Which branches are open on Sundays?
Our Bacoor (SM City) branch is open 7 days a week, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Most other branches are open Monday–Saturday.
